Privacy Policy.
Effective date: 12 October 2026.
Introduction
AZ4C (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our services or interact with us in other ways.
By accessing our website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

We may collect personally identifiable information and other information about you, including but not limited to:
- Personal Information: Your name, email address, telephone number, job title and company name.
- Technical Information: Your IP address, browser type, operating system and access times.
- Usage Information: Pages viewed, links clicked and other information relating to your interaction with our website and services.
The information collected will depend on how you interact with our website and services.
How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate and maintain our website and services.
- Improve, personalize and expand our offerings.
- Communicate with you, respond to inquiries and provide relevant updates.
- Process transactions and send related information, including invoices and receipts, where applicable.
- Analyze website usage and trends to improve functionality and user experience.
We will process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties.
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or delivering our services.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process or a valid request from a public authority.
- Business Operations: Where necessary, information may be shared in connection with legitimate business transactions or organizational changes, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Cookies And Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to monitor activity on our website, improve functionality and retain certain information.
You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or notify you when cookies are being sent. However, disabling certain cookies may affect the availability or functionality of some parts of our website.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before using cookies or tracking technologies that require consent.
Ask Z4, Our AI Assistant
Ask Z4 is the AI assistant on our website. It answers questions about AZ4C. Its answers are generated by AI and can be inaccurate, so please don’t share sensitive personal information in a chat.
We keep a record of every conversation with Ask Z4. For each message, the record includes:
- The Conversation: Your question, the assistant’s answer, the pages it referred to and a random conversation identifier.
- Information Your Browser Sends: Your IP address, browser and operating system, preferred language, the date and time, the page you were on and the page that referred you.
- Your Cookie Choice: Whether you accepted or rejected functional cookies.
- Device Details, Only If You Accept Functional Cookies: Your time zone and local time, preferred languages, screen and window size and the site you arrived from.
We keep these records to operate and secure the assistant, prevent misuse, improve its answers and meet our legal obligations, including establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. They are stored in Microsoft Azure data centers in the United States, in a protected form that cannot be changed or deleted, for one year after the last message of a conversation, and are then deleted automatically. Only authorized AZ4C staff can access them.
If you reject functional cookies, nothing about your conversation is stored in your browser and no device details are collected. The record described above is still kept on our side for the purposes listed. Because these records are protected against deletion for one year, we may not be able to delete them earlier on request unless the law requires it. You can still ask to access them, as described below.
Scheduling A Meeting
You can schedule a meeting with us on our booking page or directly in Ask Z4. Either way, the booking is handled by Microsoft Bookings, part of Microsoft 365. The details you enter (your name, email address, company and topic) are used to arrange and hold the meeting on Microsoft Teams and to follow up with you. Our Ask Z4 conversation record notes that a meeting was booked and when, but not your name or email address.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location and applicable data protection laws, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Right of Access: The right to request access to personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: The right to request the correction of inaccurate information or the completion of incomplete information.
- Right to Erasure: The right to request the deletion of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Additional rights may be available depending on the laws applicable to you. These may include the right to object to certain processing activities, restrict processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any applicable rights, please contact us using the details in Contact Us below. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services. These external websites operate independently of AZ4C, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or data handling.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.
